Jimmy Penn Mopecha, Ph.D.
Dr. Mopecha holds a Ph.D. in Mathematics with concentration in Mathematical Biology from Arizona State University. He is married to Gladis Friwih Taboh, and they have three children. He currently teaches at Delaware Valley College in Doylestown, Pennsylvania. He is the pioneer vice president since the new constitution was implemented in 2012. He has been member of PDO-USA since 2010
