Shortage of nurses and doctors
Despite the many healthcare facilities in the clan, they are so understaffed and under-equipped. Some of the health centers do not have a registered nurse on duty all the time. many sent to the clan, refused to go and ask for transfers because of the road conditions: Either it is a lot of dust during the dry season or muddy and slippery conditions in the rainy season
