Understaffed educational Institutions
Despite the many educational institutions from nursery to high school, they are so understaffed that they are actually ghost of themselves. They are not only understaffed but among the few teachers, particularly at the primary level, the majority are untrained since the Parent-Teachers Associations cannot afford to hire trained teachers. Many teachers sent to the clan refused to go or ask for transfer for fear of our road conditions: Very dusty in the dry season; muddy and slippery in the rainy season.
